At the end of this mini-series already? Time flies. Well don’t let me keep you waiting, let’s jump into our final strategy: REPUTATION & EXPERTISE
“Perception unchallenged is the world’s reality.” I can’t remember where I heard it, but I haven’t been able to forget it since. To me, reputation is more important than a resume or recognition.
Granted people can think whatever they like about you, but if your work ethic, genuine personality, and truth are in alignment with how you feel on the inside - your reputation can’t help but be top notch.
But this means your skills, knowledge, and unique strengths must be developed so that people can attach those beautiful and indispensable qualities to your name. But this all starts with how you want to be seen in the world.
Do you want to be known as:
The one who is always on time
The one who can easily come up with creative ideas
The one who knows how to put a smile on your face
The one who makes you feel safe whenever they are around you
Once you’ve decided how you’d like to be seen, start living out loud. Connect with people. Utilize your wardrobe like we discussed. Let your values, beliefs, and principles be known in your day-to- day life.
Okay, homework time! Begin brainstorming these 3 concepts and draft a one pager that you can send to me as an email pdf or in the mail body of the email. I want to hear all about how this has raised awareness within your life and can’t wait to chat. Email me at hello@ourvoiceondemand.com
