Let's keep the New Years Honeymoon Going

One week down already!? Where did the time go.

 

Well I couldn't think of a better way to start this thang than with giving THANKS. 

To everyone that signed up for the Vision board party, and everyone that showed up for the party too, thank you! Well be posting some of the boards in our stories this week, so be on the lookout! For those that missed it, I will be sharing with you  the emails I sent beforehand that can help anyone out trying to create a board, figure out your goals, or work on how to reflect and release the past so you can peacefully move forward.

And I can’t lie: My word already bit me in the glutes yall. If you remember, my word of the year is TIMING (did you send me yours?). Well I guess I decided that I’d implement the word the week AFTER new years and chose the WORST timing to do what I did three weeks ago - start re-doing my website at 7pm on a Sunday night.

But you know what I learned in the process - a word of the year is not meant to Chastise you, it’s meant to Cheer you on. I got so down on myself because of my wild ambition, and then realized that a word of the year should bring freedom, not confinement. 

I’m sure I’m not alone though. We have so many ideas circling our minds like spaghetti, and we have a hard time compartmentalizing and organizing. I 1000% can relate, and I am here to help you bring clarity to your brilliance.

3 quick ways to start getting clear that helped me:

1. Avoid information overload via social media, opinions, podcasts, etc.

2. Ask your closest friend to listen to some of your ideas and help you organize your thoughts, prioritize them, and save some of them for later.

3. Seek support. My business coach helped me so much in the last 6 months to not only pave my lane, but stay in it!
