Let's find your word of the year

I’ve waited 6 years for the 1st to be on a MONDAY! 

Ok not really, I looked it up. BUT, in true Virgo form, Mondays are my favorite day of the week. It symbolizes newness, a do over, a moment to take into action my Sunday prep. So the fact that it’s also on the first day of the year has me on a High, and I hope it does for you too. 

But hey, maybe not. Maybe you normally get the Monday bluesss. If so, here’s 3 things I did to fall in love with Mondays, and I hope it turns your Monday blues into a new week blessing.

Every Monday I send an email called It’s YOUR week, with the thought that your life can make drastic and desirable changes if you treat every week of the year like it is yours for the taking. Okay, so I know y’all have NYD plans (70 of you I’ll see at 3PT for the vision board party!), so I won’t keep you. I really came to share my Word of the year: TIMING

Why so? Well, you can probably already guess that I wear several hats at once ⛑️🪖🎓🎩👒🧢. Wellll in 2023 that backfired. I got a lot of things done, but not necessarily done in Excellend. So this year, before I make any major decisions, launches, or pivots I will stop and ask myself 2 questions (feel free to take these for yourself):

• Why this decision and why now?

• Is this in alignment with my visions?

Whew. Such small questions that will have such big impacts.
